Brief History// Iced Tea

❝❞ Due to a very hot summer of 1904 during The World’s Fair in St. Louis people were in search of a cool beverage—thus iced tea was made popularized and commercialized. Although sweet tea served cool in the summers in the South long before the 1900s, the commercial introduction of the beverage changed the way Americans looked at tea in general.
