OSC// Resist.

Created in part of Steven Petersen’s “100 Day” photography exhibition, “Resist” has been moniker’s during recent protests as a catchall response to the incoming/ ongoing administration. An administration that seems to be very rooted bigotry and and anti-women’s rights in nature.

January 21st, 2017 a worldwide protest, called the Women’s March on Washington, was planned and executed to to advocate legislation and policies regarding human rights and other issues, including women's rights, immigration reform, healthcare reform, the natural environment, LGBTQ rights, racial equality, freedom of religion, and workers’ rights. These protest were a slight to the vote and inauguration of the 45th United States President, Donald J. Trump. The march rallied women as well well as men and children across the world with shared sentiments that Trump’s (seemingly) position on women’s rights were that of retractive in relevance to pre-Trump legislature.
